Clear terms for a simple price.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of ForeverLM and its managed services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

Sign in with Apple is required for managed services. You are responsible for access to your Apple account and for activity performed through your ForeverLM session. Do not use the service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, disrupts the service, or attempts to bypass metering, authentication, or security controls.

3. Price, the 7 free days, and payment

• ForeverLM is a paid app. Each Apple ID gets 7 days of the whole app free, starting at its first sign-in, with no card needed. The free days are given once per Apple ID, including if you delete your account and sign in again with the same Apple ID.
• After the 7 free days, ForeverLM costs $19 paid once, before applicable tax. It covers the whole app: the Mac, iPhone and iPad apps, the web library, unlimited notebooks and sources, and connecting your own AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Gemini, over MCP. It does not include AI usage, which runs on your own OpenRouter key (section 4).
• The $19 purchase is paid once: it is not a subscription, it does not renew, and nothing further is charged for it. It lasts for as long as ForeverLM offers the service and stays with your Apple ID, including if you delete your account and sign in again with the same Apple ID. A later change to the price for new buyers does not affect a purchase already made.
• A monthly, Believer, or yearly plan bought before ForeverLM became a paid app keeps the whole app open while it continues. It renews until you cancel it in Settings → Billing or the Stripe billing portal; cancelling ends it at the close of the period you have paid for, and a failed renewal payment ends it if Stripe cannot recover it. Paying the $19 once cancels it.
• When the 7 free days are over and nothing is paid, ForeverLM is locked: the apps show only the way to pay, and AI assistants connected over MCP are refused. Nothing is deleted. Your library stays in your iCloud Drive as plain files you own, and paying restores access to everything as it was.
• ForeverLM no longer sells monthly, Believer, yearly, or lifetime plans.
• A promotion code may be entered at Checkout. A purchase obtained with a promotion code is governed by these terms. Promotion codes have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged.

4. Your OpenRouter key and AI usage

• OpenRouter is currently the only supported provider. You create your key with OpenRouter and are responsible for keeping it secure, for any spending limits you set on it, and for the charges OpenRouter makes to it.
• OpenRouter bills AI usage made with your key directly, under its own terms. ForeverLM does not charge, mark up, or refund that usage. ForeverLM records what each request cost so that you can see your usage; that record is not a bill.
• Which model providers receive your requests, and how they may use them, depends on the models you choose and your OpenRouter settings.
• Connecting your own AI assistant over MCP is part of ForeverLM (section 3). ForeverLM charges nothing per MCP request; AI work that a request asks ForeverLM itself to run uses your OpenRouter key, like any other ForeverLM AI feature.

5. AI balance bought before September 25, 2026

• ForeverLM no longer sells prepaid AI balance and no longer offers auto top-up. No saved payment method is charged for balance.
• Balance bought earlier is a prepayment for managed AI usage; it is not cash, stored-value currency, or transferable. It does not expire and is maintained in ForeverLM’s server-side billing ledger.
• A remaining balance pays for managed AI requests sent without your own key until it runs out. Usage is deducted at the exact provider cost, including any fee the AI router itself charges. A final streamed request can slightly exceed the remaining balance because its exact cost is known only when the response finishes. Once the balance is empty, such requests stop.
• Promotional balance has no cash value and is not refundable.

6. Purchases, receipts, and tax

Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. After a successful purchase, Stripe provides a receipt and paid invoice through email and your billing history. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax may be added where legally required.

7. Refunds and disputes

If ForeverLM is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of paying the $19 and we refund it in full, no questions asked. A refunded payment ends the access it paid for.

You may request a refund of unused purchased balance, or raise any question about a payment for ForeverLM, including a refund of it, by emailing [email protected]. Consumed usage and promotional balance are not refundable. Approved refunds return the amount to the original payment method; a refunded balance is removed from your account. Bank processing time is controlled by Stripe and your payment provider.

An open payment dispute temporarily freezes managed billing while Stripe reviews it. A lost dispute removes the corresponding purchased balance. A purchase or plan that is refunded, or lost in a dispute, ends. These rules do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

8. AI output and service availability

AI output can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output and for deciding how to use it. We may change models, prices, or service features, but a change does not affect a $19 purchase or a plan period you have already paid for, or the dollar value of a balance bought earlier. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate fraud or disputes, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

9. Intellectual property

You retain rights in content you add. You grant the limited permissions needed to process that content when you request a feature. ForeverLM, its software, design, and service infrastructure remain owned by their respective rights holders.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Questions, refund requests, and billing issues can be sent to [email protected] or through the support page.
